Report: Medical office market strengthens

Central Florida's growing population and the medical village complex in the works at Lake Nona are driving an uptick in area medical office building projects.

So says a new report from Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, which shows Central Florida gained 120,000 square feet of medical office space in the last 12 months, increasing the local supply by 3.8 percent over the previous year.
