Church Street Station space filling up fast

ORLANDO -- Just six weeks after terminating the leases of existing tenants at Church Street Station in downtown Orlando when he bought the complex for $34 million, developer Cameron Kuhn's ink pen has never been busier.

To date, leasing deals -- at an average rate in the $30-per-square-foot range -- have been signed for about 120,000 square feet of the complex's 249,000 square feet of total space. Another 80,000 square feet is pending, Kuhn told Orlando Business Journal this week.
